Today I wanted to eat Korian Food "Kamja-tang" that I had eaten in Toronto.
So I went to one of Korian restaurants in Kaohsiung.
I forgot Korian food's name, I just remember the meaning of "
Kamja".
My Korian classmate has called me that the meaning of "
Kamja" is "Potato.
Or I remember the English name "pork bone and potato soup".

I watched the menu of the restaurant and looked for the food I want to eat.
I saw "spicy potato soup"(辣馬鈴薯鍋), then I ordered that.
But It's very different than I ate in Toronto.
It has a little bit potato in the soup. It doesn't have pork bone.
I was very disappointed. How can I say my feeling?
I didn't finish that soup, then I left the restaurant.
I think I won't go to the restaurant again.

Actually, I had eaten Korian food many times with my friends in Toronto.
Kamja-tang is my favorite Korian food. I want to eat that agian.
I hope I will eat Kamja-tang

在多倫多時候,常常跟同學們去吃韓國料理
那時吃到這道韓國料理,就滿喜歡


如果你點這一道料理時,通常會附上一個讓你放吃完後的豬大骨的大碗
為什麼我會那麼喜歡這一道呢?
因為它的湯頭真的很好喝,雖然我不知道這個要燉上幾個鐘頭
而它的豬大骨是燉得非常爛,只要筷子一插
肉就鬆散的,可見這個需要非常長時間煮
連馬鈴薯也燉得爛爛的,真的非常好吃
而且裡面有很多很多蔬菜(泡菜、黃豆芽及青菜),而且湯頭雖然辣辣的
但是我可以接受,喝完之後感覺舒服
我在台灣從來沒喝過這個湯
所以我就想要找韓國的餐廳,是否有這一家
後來我去河堤路的某一家韓國料理
去點了辣馬鈴薯鍋,我想那個應該是我想要吃的吧
但是一上菜,我就聞到很濃郁的泡菜味
裡面只有一點點的馬鈴薯,我想不是辣馬鈴薯嗎
怎麼只有一點點了?
裡面有冬粉、一點韓國年糕、一點菇類及一些火鍋料
當然裡面放了韓國泡菜
我喝了一口湯,我不知道要如何形容這個味道?
這個跟我在多倫多吃的完全不一樣
雖然很辣,卻也有泡菜的酸味
我完全無法接受,所以就放棄吃那一鍋湯
